How To Make Pull Pork On The PitBarrell Cooker

We fire up the PitBarrell cooker and hang a pork shoulder for a 9 hour cook. We then top it with a sweet Peach BBQ sauce.

Ingredients

Pork shoulder 7 Pound
Yellow mustard To Taste
Rub To Taste (Pecan)
Peach bbq sauce:
Peach preserves 18 Ounce
Yellow mustard 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Molasses 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Worcheshire sauce 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Apple cider vinegar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Bbq rub 2 Tablespoon
Black pepper 2 Teaspoon
Brown sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Ketchup 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Lemon 1
Liquid smoke flavoring 5 Teaspoon
