Moist and delicious pork roast and so easy to cook!

Pure maple syrup | 2 Tablespoon | |
Butter | 2 Tablespoon | |
Red onions | 2 (cut into thick slices) | |
Chopped fresh rosemary | 2 Tablespoon | |

Ground black pepper | 1 Teaspoon | |
Tart apple | 3 (cored and cut into thick slices) | |
Brown sugar | 3 Tablespoon | |
Cider vinegar | 1 Tablespoon | |
Olive oil | 2 Tablespoon |
Getting Ready
Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C).
Making
Slice onions and toss them into a roasting pan.
Chop up the rosemary leaves and mix with the salt and pepper.
In a small pan melt the butter and maple syrup.
Brush the melted butter mixture all over the roast, and then rub in the
rosemary mixture to fully coat.
Place the roast overtop the onions and place in the oven.
Mix the sliced apples with the brown sugar and cider vinegar.
After 20 minutes arrange apples around the pork roast; then reduce temperature to 325°F (160°C).
Continue roasting for another 1 1/2 hours, or until the internal temperature registers 155ºF-160°F.
Remove from oven, cover loosely with aluminum foil and allow to rest for 10 minutes.
