Bananabeer Porksteak with Banana-Ketchup- A great recipe for Grill and Smoker.
|Banana beer||1 Liter (2 bottles)|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm)|
|Balsamic vinegar||100 Milliliter|
|Tomato paste||100 Gram|
|Curry powder||1 Teaspoon|
Prepare pork as shown in the video and place into ziplock bag. Pour banana beer into it and allow to stand for 4 hours.
Place bananas on grill and cook under indirect heat (covered with lid).
Grill until bananas blacken completely.
Heat cast iron pan with oil and sauté onions and garlic in it.
Add balsamic vinegar, beer, tomato paste, grilled banana flesh and mix well.
Add curry powder and mix well. Cook until desired consistency is achieved.
Grease grill with fat cap of pork steak.
Season meat with salt and grill for approximately 3 minutes per side.
Grill over direct heat and return to indirect heat.
Grill until internal temperature reaches 58-60°.
Once done remove bones and cut into slices.
Serve with banana ketchup and enjoy!
