Slow cooker pulled pork is a simple way to feed a lot of people! Make pulled pork sandwiches, burritos or nachos with this pulled pork recipe. Pork shoulder with a simple mustard and brown sugar rub, cooked all day in a crock-pot for perfectly shredded pork.

Prepared mustard | 2 Tablespoon | |
Brown sugar | 2 Tablespoon | |
Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
Ground coriander | 1 Teaspoon | |
Black pepper | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Smoked paprika | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Chicken stock/Beer | 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) | |
Apple cider vinegar | 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) |
MAKING:
1.In a small bowl, combine mustard, sugar, salt, coriander, black pepper and smoked paprika.
2.Smear the meat with the prepared rub mixture. Allow to marinate for as much as time possible.
3.Add chicken stock and vinegar to crockpot.
4.Place the meat inside, cover with lid and cook on low heat for 8-10 hours or high heat for 5 hours.
5.Once done, shred the meat using fork.
