Roasted Pork Loin with Garlic and Rosemary

You can make a delicious roasted pork loin. It is easy to prepare. You need a pork loin, kosher salt, olive and some fresh rosemary for this delicious and juicy pork loin.

Ingredients

Pork loin 4 Pound
Rosemary leaves 2 Teaspoon
Kosher salt 2 Teaspoon
Garlic cloves 5
Olive oil 2 Tablespoon

Directions

Getting Ready

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 

Making

Add rosemary leaves, salt, garlic, and olive oil to a mortar and pestle or food processor. Mash or pulse until a paste is formed. 

Place roast on a wire rack on a baking sheet fat cap side up. 

Spread rosemary and garlic paste over the roast.

Bake for approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes. 

Check roast for temperature with a meat thermometer. 

When the temperature is between 145 to 160 degrees remove the roast for from the oven. 

Serving

Allow roast to rest for about 10 minutes before carving. 

Serve with pan juices, if desired.
