Lemon-Rosemary Pork Tenderloin

The woodsy aroma of the rosemary paired with the citrus flavor makes this a show stopper pork tenderloin.

Ingredients

Pork tenderlion 1
Fresh rosemary 2 Tablespoon
Juice of lemon 2
Zest of lemon 1
Horseradish dijon mustard 2 Teaspoon (or regular)
Olive oil 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Salt and pepper To Taste

Directions

GETTING READY

1.Into a resealable bag, combine the rosemary, lemon zest, lemon juice, horseradish Dijon mustard, olive oil, salt and pepper.

2.Place the pork tenderloin with marinade, seal up the bag and marinate in the fridge for 2 hours. 

3.Preheat the oven to 400 degree F.

 

MAKING

4.Remove the pork tenderloin from the fridge 30 minutes before cook.

5.Sear the meat on a grill pan over high heat, be sure to sear all sides.

6.Place the pork tenderloin into the oven and bake until it reaches an internal temperature of 140 degree F. 

7.Allow for meat to rest for 5-10 minutes then slice on a diagonal.

 

SERVING

8.Serve with potatoes and mixed greens then enjoy!
