Learn how to make homemade pork chops. These make a great dinner that you will love. These fried pork chops are easy to make and you will be certain to love these. This is a great and simple dinner to put together in a jiffy.


Pork chops 1 Pound , with bone
Flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Cayenne pepper 1/2 Teaspoon
Paprika 1/2 Teaspoon
Garlic salt 1/2 Teaspoon



1. In a bowl, take flour, add cayenne pepper, paprika, garlic salt, garlic powder, mustard powder, salt and pepper, mix well.

2. In a pan, melt shortening. Dredge the pork chops with the seasoned flour. 

3. Cook the pork chops from both sides until crisp and brown.



4. Serve with white sauce or as desired.
