Red, White and Blue Patriotic Popsicles

Ingredients

Raspberries/Frozen raspberries 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Blueberries 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Canned coconut water 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Greek yogurt 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Lime 1 , juiced

Directions

MAKING

1. In a Popsicle container, put raspberries, coconut water, Greek yogurt and blackberries in layers as shown in the video. Seal the container and refrigerate for 4 hours.

SERVING

2. Serve the popsicles chilled.

TIPS

3. If you want to make a vegan popsicle then remove the Greek yogurt from the recipe.
