Grapefruit, Basil & Vodka Boozy Popsicle

Grapefruit juice 1 1/2 Cup (24 tbs) (about 2 grapefruit)
Ruby red grapefruits 2
Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Fresh basil leaves 5 Medium
Vodka 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) (grey goose vodka)



1. Using the fruit squeezer, juice the white grapefruit to around 1 1/2 cup of juice.

2. Using sharp knife, cut the top of the ruby red grapefruit, peel off the skin with knife and cut along the membrane, to get grapefruit supreme.


3. In a saucepan over medium high heat, place together water and sugar, and bring it to low simmer.

4. As the water start to boil, turn off the heat and add in basil.

5. In a bowl, add together basil syrup, vodka, grapefruit juice.

6. In the Popsicle tray, pour in the vodka mixture and put in the grapefruit pieces and popsicle sticks.

7. Place the Popsicle tray, in freezer for about 7 to 10 hours or until hard and well frozen.


8. Serve frozen as desired.
