Frozen Mango Yoghurt Pops

Frozen Mango Yoghurt Pops are a cool, refreshing dessert, perfect for summer. Fresh mangoes are blended until smooth, then mixed with rich vanilla yoghurt. Poured into moulds and frozen, these delicious, healthy snacks will be a hit with kids and adults alike - give it a go!


Mangoes 2 Large , peeled, flesh chopped
Vanilla yogurt 1 Cup (16 tbs) (about 260ml)



In a food processor, blitz the mango flesh until smooth.

Transfer to bowl and add yogurt to it.

Mix well until well combined and pour into popsicle molds,

Freeze for 8 hours or until hardened.


Serve and enjoy!
