Coffee Chocolate Chip Popsicles - Dairy and Sugar Free

I call them coffee Creamsicles.


Coconut milk 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Instant coffee 1/2 Tablespoon
Cocoa powder 1/2 Tablespoon
Vanilla bean paste 1/2 Teaspoon
Pitted dates 4
Bananas 3
Mini chocolate chip 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)



Place a saucepan, over the medium heat and pour coconut milk.

Add filter coffee and cocoa powder and stir; bring to a boil.

Take off the saucepan from the stove and mix vanilla paste. Let it cool.

In a food processor, blend together banana and dates.

Pour the banana mixture into the coconut mixture and stir well.

Add in the chocolate chips and stir.

Using a funnel pour the mixture into the popsicles moulds and refrigerate for 6 – 8 hours.



Carefully take out the popsicles and serve.
