Ingredients

Plum juice 2 Cup (32 tbs) (Purple Variety)
Sugar 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Cider vinegar 1 1/2 Teaspoon
Sparkling water 2 2/3 Cup (42.67 tbs) , chilled

Directions

Combine plum juice and sugar in a saucepan.

Set over low heat and stir until sugar is dissolved; increase heat and simmer 10 minutes.

Remove from heat and stir in vinegar.

Cool; chill thoroughly.
