Olive oil | 1 Teaspoon | |
Sugar | 1 Teaspoon | |
Active dry yeast | 10 Gram | |
All | purpose flour | |
Other ingredients | ||
Flour | 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) (For dusting) | |
Salt and pepper | To Taste (Optional) | |
Garlic powder | 1/2 Teaspoon (Optional) | |
Dried oregano | 1/2 Teaspoon (Optional) | |
Dried basil | 1/2 Teaspoon (Optional) |
MAKING
1. In a large bowl, pour in the warm water, add in the olive oil, sugar and yeast; stir to dissolve and set aside.
2. In a separate bowl, combine flour and seasonings. Add 2 cups flour mixture, one cup at a time, to yeast mixture; stir until dough is easy to handle.
3. Knead dough on a floured surface until no longer sticky, adding remaining flour as needed. Cover with a tea towel; let rise for 30 minutes.
SERVING
4. Bake the pizza with your favorite topping and serve.
