100 Whole Wheat Pizza with Meat Paneer Topping

So this pizza replaces our weekly indulgence in the specialty restaurant! It has 100 whole wheat crust and whats more, since it is homemade, you can adjust the topping as per your taste requirement.


For whole wheat pizza dough
Whole wheat flour 1 1/4 Cup (20 tbs)
Salt To Taste
Baking soda 1/4 Teaspoon
Olive oil 15 Milliliter
Italian seasoning 1 Teaspoon
For pizza topping
Pizza sauce 6 Tablespoon , divided
Olive oil 1 Teaspoon
Mutton mince 70 Gram
Crumbled paneer 96 Gram
Diced onions 50 Gram (1 small)
Ground pepper 1/4 Teaspoon
Chilli powder 1 Pinch
Pizza cheese 20 Gram , grated, divided
Italian seasoning 1/2 Teaspoon



1. Prepare the whole wheat pizza dough following this recipe. This recipe will yield 2 pizza crust.

2. If you wish to make homemade pizza sauce, follow this recipe.


For the pizza topping

3. Heat oil in a pan and tip in the minced meat. In medium heat, cook the meat, working continuously to separate the mince (not letting it to stick) and later occasionally taking care the meat does not stick to the pan.

4. Once the meat is 3/4th cooked, tip in the crumbled paneer and using spatula mix well keeping the crumbs intact.

5. Add pepper, chili powder and salt and mix well.

6. When everything is cooked, add the onions, just mix in and switch off the heat.


7. Preheat oven to 180 degree Celsius.

8. Roll out dough balls (if you follow the above hyperlinked recipe that will yield 2) in to a thin circle of about 10 inches in diameter. Use flour for dusting as needed.

9. Transfer the rolled out dough into butter paper and then on to the baking sheet and cook for 5 minutes.

10. Spread 3 tablespoons of pizza sauce on each of the baked crust.

11. Divide the topping mix and cheese into half. Spread half the topping mix over each of the pizza crusts followed by cheese. Sprinkle Italian seasoning.

12. Transfer the pizza along with the butter paper on to grill and grill on high for about 5 minutes or until cheese melts and browns.


13. Slice the pizza and serve it hot.
