This dough is easy to handle.

Ingredients

Bread flour 175 Gram
Sugar 1 Teaspoon
Active dry yeast 1 Teaspoon
Salt 1/2 Teaspoon
Olive oil 1 Teaspoon
Water 120 Milliliter

Directions

Sift the flour. In a mixing bowl combine the flour, sugar, yeast and salt. Mix well about 1 minute. Pour olive oil and water. Mix well. Now clean your dry working surface and knead by hand about 10 minutes.

After that punch the dough down and make a ball. Cover the ball and allow to rise for about 10 minutes.

Clean a dry working surface, sprinkle some flour on the work surface, and roll out pizza dough to 1/4 inch thick using a rolling pin. Next place it on a 9-inch diameter pizza pan (you can use a little olive oil to lightly grease the pan). Cover with a damp tea towel and leave in a warm place for 20 minutes or until the edges rise slightly.

After that build a little rim/crust around the edges with your fingers. Prick the crust with a fork in a few places.

Now spread pizza sauce and favorite toppings and bake the pizza about 25 minutes at 220C or until the crust is golden brown.

Serve and enjoy.
