CHICKEN And CAULIFLOWER Crust PIZZA - GLUTEN And CARB Free

This amazing PIZZA recipe is gluten and carb free! The crust is made from a combination of Chicken breast Cauliflower. Also watch my 3 adorable special guests Ollie, 4, and twins Chloe Maggie both 2 on this very exciting video!

Ingredients

Cauliflower florets 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Boneless skinless chicken breast 1 Pound , cut in small cubes
Egg 1/2 , beaten
Coconut flour 2 Tablespoon
Onion granules 2 Teaspoon
Garlic powder 1 Teaspoon
Grated parmesan/Asiago 2 Tablespoon
Salt To Taste
Pepper To Taste
Toppings 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Pizza sauce,, Green Peppers, Mushrooms, Chicken Chorizo, Mozzarella)

Directions

GETTING READY:

Preheat oven to 350°F.

       

MAKING:                        

In a food processor, process cauliflower and chicken.

In a large bowl, combine chicken, cauliflower, beaten egg, coconut flour, onion granules, garlic powder, parmesan, salt, pepper and mix well.

Transfer on parchment paper and spread out as shown in the video.

Pop into oven and cook base for 20-25 minutes.

Once done, top with pizza sauce and desired toppings.

Pop into oven and bake until cheese melts.
