Cauliflower florets | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Boneless skinless chicken breast | 1 Pound , cut in small cubes | |
Egg | 1/2 , beaten | |
Coconut flour | 2 Tablespoon | |
Onion granules | 2 Teaspoon | |
Garlic powder | 1 Teaspoon | |
Grated parmesan/Asiago | 2 Tablespoon | |
Salt | To Taste | |
Pepper | To Taste | |
Toppings | 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Pizza sauce,, Green Peppers, Mushrooms, Chicken Chorizo, Mozzarella) |
GETTING READY:
Preheat oven to 350°F.
MAKING:
In a food processor, process cauliflower and chicken.
In a large bowl, combine chicken, cauliflower, beaten egg, coconut flour, onion granules, garlic powder, parmesan, salt, pepper and mix well.
Transfer on parchment paper and spread out as shown in the video.
Pop into oven and cook base for 20-25 minutes.
Once done, top with pizza sauce and desired toppings.
Pop into oven and bake until cheese melts.
