Dinner Recipe- Butternut Squash And Sage Naan Pizza

This quick and easy Fall inspired pizza is one of my favorites. Using naan bread as the crust means you can make this pizza in no time at all! The creaminess of the burratta cheese, the sweetness of the roasted butternut squash, the earthiness of the sage, and the onion bite from the shallot makes this the ultimate pizza. Give it a try... you won't be disappointing.


Diced butternut squash 3 Cup (48 tbs) (peeled)
Shallots 2 , sliced
Fresh sage sprigs 6 , chopped
Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
Salt To Taste
Pepper To Taste
Naan bread 2 Small
Cheese 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) (Burratta or mozzarella)
Prosciutto 2 Ounce
Fresh grated parmesan cheese 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
