|Pizza sauce||4 Tablespoon|
|Shredded mozzarella cheese||1/2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Place matzah sheets on baking tray and top with 1 tablespoon of sauce and 2 tablespoons of cheese.
Pop into oven and bake for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
