Schezwan Pizza Bites - Mini Pizza Recipe in Tawa - Eggless Baking Without Oven

Pizza or Peetza, however you pronounce, we all love to indulge on some. I'll pass on my basic pizza recipe(all time fav) some other day.. Today, let's go over my schezwan-curry pizza bites, made in a tawa. Make it to snack on or to appease your cravings, This damn pizza is ah-mazing!


For dough:
Plain flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Salt 1 Teaspoon
Milk powder 1 Tablespoon
Yeast 1/2 Teaspoon
Sugar 1/2 Teaspoon
Oil 1 Teaspoon
For pizza:
Schezwan sauce/Schezwan chutney 2 Tablespoon
Cheese slice 4
Curry powder/Masala e
Chopped veggies 1/3 Cup (5.33 tbs) (corn,onions,pepper,etc.)
Salt To Taste



In a bowl, combine flour, salt, milk powder, yeast (mixed with water and sugar) and mix well.

Mix to form a clumpsy mass and knead into soft dough as shown in the video.

Place in a greased bowl and allow to rise for an hour.

Once the dough, doubles in size, divide into two portions. Roll into 6” thick sheet and prick with fork.

Place on warm skillet and cover with a lid.

Cook for 3-5 minutes. Flip and cook for another 2 minutes. Repeat the same with another portion of dough.

Spread schezwan sauce/ chutney over cooked base and top with cheese slice.

Sprinkle masala-e-magic or curry powder and top with desired topiings as shown in the video.

Place on tawa and cover with lid. Cook for 4-6 minutes on low flame or until cheese melts.



Sprinkle curry powder, cut into chunks, serve and enjoy!
