Here is a pizza dough recipe that's easy and it can be grilled outside on the BBQ grill. Don't even think about turning your oven up to 500 degrees LOL, it's too hot for that anyway. After you're finished looking at the video for the pizza dough move right on over the next video on how to make my Grilled Linguica Chicken Pizza.

Ingredients

Active dry yeast 1 1/4 Ounce (Fleischmann’s, 1 package)
Honey 2 Teaspoon
Extra virgin olive oil 2 Tablespoon
Water 8 Ounce
Kosher salt 1 1/2 Teaspoon
All purpose flour 3 Cup (48 tbs)

Directions

MAKING:

In a large bowl, combine yeast, honey, water and whisk well. Add extra virgin olive oil, whisk again allow to sit for 5 minutes.

Add flour (in small portions), salt to yeast mixture and mix well.

Once the dough is formed, start kneading on a working surface for 5 minutes.

Grease a bowl with olive oil and transfer the dough to it. Cover with a plastic wrap and allow it to rise for 1 ½ hours.

Flour the surface and divide into portions as required.

Roll out the dough using rolling pin to make a pizza base.
