Kettle Pizza

Pizza on the grill is the best. Give it a try.

Ingredients

For all meat pizza
Pizza base 1 Small
Pizza sauce 4 Tablespoon
Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
Sausage 4 Ounce , chopped finely
Corned beef 4 Ounce
Pepperoni 4 Ounce
Grated cheese 4 Tablespoon
For caprese pizza
Pizza base 1
White sauce 4 Tablespoon
Olive oil 2 Tablespoon (Plus more for sprinkling later)
Chunky garlic paste 2 Tablespoon
Olives 3 Tablespoon
Fresh basil 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Fresh mozzarella 4 Ounce , sliced
Balsamic vinegar 1 Teaspoon
For ruben pizza
Pizza base 1
White sauce 4 Tablespoon
Corned beef 4 Ounce , sliced
Grated swiss cheese 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Sauerkraut 3 Tablespoon

Directions

GETTING READY

1. Place charcoal in a C shape in the grill. Put oak wood on top of the coal. Then place the kettle pizza accessory over the grill, bring the temperature upto 500 F.

MAKING

For all meat pizza

2. Brush olive oil over the pizza base.

3. Spread some pizza sauce and then sprinkle grated mozarella cheese .

4. Place a layer of sausage, corned beef and then pepperoni on top, followed by some more cheese.

5. Put the pizza in the grill and let it cook until cheese is well melted and the base is golden.

For caprese pizza

5. Brush olive oil over the pizza base.

6. Spread white sauce over the base and then drizzle chunky garlic sauce over the pizza and spread it well.

7. Top the pizza with chopped tomatoes, olives, fresh basil and mozzarella cheese slices.

8. Put the pizza in the grill and cook it for 5 to 7 minutes.

9. Drizzle some olive oil on sides, followed by balsamic vinegar.

For ruben pizza

10. Brush olive oil over the base and then spread the white sauce uniformly.

11. Layer with sliced corned beef. Sprinkle grated swiss cheese over the pizza. Put sauerkraut on top followed by grated cheese.

12. Put the pizzas in the grill and let it cook for about 5 to 7 minutes until the cheese melts.

SERVING

13. Slice and serve the pizzas. Enjoy!
