Instant dry yeast | 7 Teaspoon | |
Sugar | 1 Pinch | |
Warm water | 3 Cup (48 tbs) , divided | |
Whole wheat flour | 2 Cup (32 tbs) | |
All purpose flour | 1 1/2 Cup (24 tbs) (extra for dusting) | |
Salt | 1 Pinch |
MAKING
1. In a small bowl, mix together yeast, sugar and 1/2 cup of warm water.
2. In a mixer, mix together all purpose flour, whole wheat flour and salt. Add in the yeast mixture, mix again. While still mixing add enough warm water to make a soft dough.
3. Grease a large bowl with oil and place the dough, cover with sling wrap and place at a warm place until it doubles in size.
SERVING
4. Use to make delicious pizzas.
