How to make a simple Pizza Dough

Instant dry yeast 7 Teaspoon
Sugar 1 Pinch
Warm water 3 Cup (48 tbs) , divided
Whole wheat flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
All purpose flour 1 1/2 Cup (24 tbs) (extra for dusting)
Salt 1 Pinch



1. In a small bowl, mix together yeast, sugar and 1/2 cup of warm water.

2. In a mixer, mix together all purpose flour, whole wheat flour and salt. Add in the yeast mixture, mix again. While still mixing add enough warm water to make a soft dough.

3. Grease a large bowl with oil and place the dough, cover with sling wrap and place at a warm place until it doubles in size.


4. Use to make delicious pizzas.
