How to Grill Asparagus Pizza on the Monolith - English Grill and BBQ

A great recipe for thin awesome pizza.

Ingredients

Pizza dough 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Barbecue sauce 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Tomato sauce 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Shredded cheese 5 Ounce
Asparagus 3
Salami slices 6
Fennel seeds 1 Teaspoon

Directions

GETTING READY

1. Mix together barbecue sauce with tomato sauce and set the pizza sauce aside.

2. Preheat a pizza stone on the grill to about 700 F.

 

MAKING

3. Roll the dough to form the pizza base. Transfer it to an aluminium sheet.

4. Spread pizza sauce all over the pizza base.

5. Sprinkle cheese liberally, arrange asparagus and salami slices. Sprinkle fennel seeds over the pizza. 

6. Slide the pizza onto the pizza stone in the grill and cook until done.

 

SERVING

7. Slice and serve the pizza.
