|Ground beef||1 Pound|
|Chopped onion||1/2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm) , minced|
|Ketchup||1/4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Chili powder||2 Tablespoon|
|Niblets corn in butter sauce||10 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Shredded cheese||4 Ounce|
Heat oven to 350°.
In large skillet, brown ground beef with onion and garlic, drain.
Add ketchup, chili powder, cumin, pepper, and corn.
Cover and simmer 8 to 10 minutes.
Stir and simmer 3 to 4 minutes or until corn is tender.
Cut pocket bread in half.
Spoon 1/3 cup ground beef and top with cheese.
Wrap in foil and bake till cheese melts.
