Tuna Pilaf

Ingredients

Canned sliced mushrooms 3 Ounce , drained (1 Can)
Finely chopped onion 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Finely chopped celery 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Finely chopped green pepper 2 Tablespoon
Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
Cooked rice 3 Cup (48 tbs)
Canned tuna 7 Ounce , drained (1 Can, 6 1/2 Or 7 Ounce)
Worcestershire sauce 1 Teaspoon
Salt 1/2 Teaspoon
Dried thyme leaves 1/8 Teaspoon , crushed
Pepper 1 Dash

Directions

Set electric skillet at 300°; in skillet cook mushrooms, onion, celery, and green pepper in butter till tender.

Add rice, tuna, Worcestershire sauce, salt, thyme, and pepper; toss to mix.

Reduce heat to 200°; cook and stir till heated through.
