Shrimp Pilaf

Ingredients

Butter 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Onion 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) , thinly sliced
Green pepper 1/3 Cup (5.33 tbs) , diced
Instant rice 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Hot water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Canned tomato sauce 16 Ounce (2 Cans, 8 Ounce Each)
Seasoned salt 1 1/2 Teaspoon
Pepper 1/4 Teaspoon
Prepared mustard 1/4 Teaspoon
Canned shrimp 8 1/4 Ounce , drained (2 Cans, 4 1/4 Ounce Each)

Directions

In 2-quart casserole, place butter, onion and green pepper.

Microwave at high (10) 4 to 5 minutes; stir after 2 minutes.

Add rice, water, tomato sauce, seasoned salt, pepper, mustard and shrimp; mix well.

Cover.

Microwave at high (10) 9 to 11 minutes, stirring every 3 minutes.
