Chopped leeks | 1 Cup (16 tbs) (you can use onions) | |
Chopped carrot | 2 Tablespoon | |
Rice | 2 Cup (32 tbs) | |
Stock | 4 Cup (64 tbs) (chicken or vegetable) |
GETTING READY:
Preheat oven at 350°F.
MAKING:
Melt butter in a pot.
Add leeks, carrots and saute until tender.
Add rice and cook until shiny.
Add broth and cover with paper tent.
Cover with lid as shown in the video.
Pop into oven and bake for 12 minutes.
Allow to rest until serving.
