Easy to prepare these mini pumpkin cream cheese pies are perfect little last minute dessert idea. Take them to your next holiday get together and everyone will love them. Let the holiday baking begin with these little pumpkin cream cheese tarts. They are quick to prepare and need little baking experience.


Mini pie shell/Mini tart shell 12 (Homemade or store bought)
Plain cream cheese 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) (1/2 stick at room temperature)
Pumpkin puree 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Granulated sugar 3/4 Cup (12 tbs) (1/2
All purpose flour 2 Tablespoon
Sour cream 2 Tablespoon
Eggs 1 , beaten
Vanilla extract 1/2 Teaspoon
Cinnamon powder 1/2 Teaspoon
Nutmeg 1/4 Teaspoon



1. Preheat oven to 375 degree F.

2. Line pie/ tart shells in muffin tray and set aside.


3. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, pumpkin puree, sugar, flour, sour cream, egg, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Mix well.

4. Pour the filling mixture equally into the pie/tart shells. Pop the muffin tray in oven and bake for 15-20 minutes or until set. Remove from oven and let them cool down.


5. Garnish with dry fruits of your choice and serve.
