Chocolate Pie, lovely chocolaty dessert within no time!This pie is so easy and quick to make, it will surely be loved by one and all. The microwave helps reduce cooking time, and kids will love the delectable results!

Ingredients

For biscuit base
Digestive biscuits 1 Cup (16 tbs) , crushed
Butter 5 Tablespoon , melted
For filling
Dark chocolate/Milk chocolate 2 Cup (32 tbs) , roughly chopped
Milk 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Whipped cream 2 Cup (32 tbs) , beaten
Powdered sugar 2 Tablespoon
Vanilla essence 1 Teaspoon
For garnish
Dark chocolate/Milk chocolate 3 Tablespoon , grated

Directions

GETTING READY

FOR THE BISCUIT BASE

1. In a bowl, combine together biscuit and melted butter and mix properly. In the pie dish, transfer the mixture and press it to form an even base. Place it in the refrigerator for 15 to 20 minutes or until the base gets firm.

FOR THE FILLING

2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the milk and chocolate and microwave on high for 30 - 40 seconds. Stir properly until there are no lumps. Keep aside.

3. Now, combine together the beaten whipped cream, vanilla essence, and powdered sugar, and fold gently.

4. Add chocolate mixture to the whipped cream mix and fold gently.

MAKING

5. Spread the filling mixture over the refrigerated biscuit base and keep it in the refrigerator for 2 - 3 hours or until it is firm.

6. Now take the cheesecake out of the refrigerator, de-mould it, and garnish it with grated chocolate.

SERVING

7. Cut into 6 equal wedges, and serve chilled.
