Toffee Pecan Pie

Quick and easy pie with a crunchy and gooey center!


Pecan 1 1/3 Cup (21.33 tbs) , chopped
Butter 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Sugar 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Egg 3 Large
Light corn syrup 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Pie crust 1
Toffee bits 3/4 Cup (12 tbs)
Flour 1 Teaspoon



1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2. Dust a 9 inch pie pan with flour and line with a pie crust, dust again.


3. On a baking sheet, spread out the pecans and bake at 350F for 8 to 10 minutes until they are light. Stir and flip when halfway through.

4. In a mixing bowl, place butter and sugar, beat until fluffy. Add in the eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition.

5.Add light corn syrup, beat until well blended. Pour the mixture into the prepared pie crust.

6. In another bowl, mix together toasted pecans and toffee bits. Sprinkle over the pie. Cover the edges with aluminium foil.

7. Bake at 350F for about 40 minutes or until the filling sets up. Remove the foil after 10 to 15 minutes, if desired. Transfer to a wire rack and allow to cool.


8. Cut into wedges, garnish with some more pecans and serve.
