GETTING READY
1. Place a large skillet on medium high heat. Add pork and beef in it. Break, and saute for about 7 minutes or until cooked through.
2. Drop potatoes, onion, garlic, cinnamon, allspice, thyme, broth, salt, and pepper in it. Mix well.
3. Reduce the heat to medium, stir occasionally, and allow it to simmer for about 30 minutes or until most liquid evaporates.
4. Add breadcrumbs, and mix it well. Remove skillet from heat, and allow it to cool completely.
5. Preheat oven to 375 degree F.
MAKING
6. Sprinkle flour lightly on your working surface. Roll out dough to a 3mm thick circle.
7. Cut dough into 4 equal 15cm diameter circles. Use leftover pastry dough to create decorative leaves on top as shown in the video.
8. Line a pie plate with dough. Divide filling equally among pie plates.
9. Smooth out the tops, and place the other circle of dough on top.
10. Press, and crimp edges to seal. Cut few vents for steam to escape.
