Shepherd's Pie

Ground beef 1/2 Pound
Potato 5 , mashed
Mixed vegetables 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Mushrooms 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Cheese 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) , grated
Butter 2 Tablespoon
Pie crust 1



1.Pre- heat the toaster oven at 375C.


2.In a frying pan, melt the butter and break the beef into small chunks and throw them into the same pan and stir fry it for few minutes.

3.Pop in the cup of mixed vegetables into the same pan and mix it up well.

4.Once cooked, put all the ingredients of the pan right into the pie crust.

5.Now cover the top with the mashed potato layer and level it well.

6.Lastly sprinkle the grated cheese over it and place it in the toaster oven until the cheese melts and everything turns slightly brown.


7.Serve the pie hot and add some extra cheese for all the cheese lovers out there.
