Ingredients

Cake mix 18 1/4 Ounce (red velvet)
Eggs 3
Water 1 1/4 Cup (20 tbs)
Vegetable oil 1/3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Icing 1 Cup (16 tbs) (of your choice)

Directions

GETTING READY

1. Preheat the oven 350 F.

2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

MAKING

3. Make the batter as per packet instruction, in a bowl, put the cake mix and eggs, and whisk well until combined.

4. Add in water and then oil and beat well to make a smooth batter.

5. Cover the bowl and freeze the batter.

6. Using an ice cream scoop drop the scoops of the frozen batter on the baking sheet.

7. Bake in the oven for 10 to 15 minutes until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.

8. Remove the baking sheet from the oven and allow to cool completely.

SERVING

9. Spread the icing on the bottom on one pie and top it with another pie.
