Ingredients

9 inch unbaked whole wheat pie crust 1
Frozen blueberries/Fresh blueberries 6 Cup (96 tbs)
Whole wheat flour 4 Tablespoon
Pure maple syrup 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
Nutmeg 1/2 Teaspoon
Arrowroot 2 Tablespoon
Sea salt 1 1/4 Pinch (Use A Good Pinch)
Thyme 1 1/4 Pinch (Use A Good Pinch)

Directions

GETTING READY

1. Start by preheating the oven to 350 degrees

MAKING

2. Now mix berries with the remaining ingredients, spoon into crust and set aside for 15 minutes

3. Place pie on a cookie sheet and bake for 90 minutes till crust browns and blueberries become firm

4. Remove pie form the oven and let it cool on a wire rack

SERVING

5. Serve the pie warm, room temperature, or cold.

TIPS

Substitute pitted cherries or sliced peaches for blueberries
