Apple Cranberry Streusel Pie

Ingredients

Cranberries 1 Cup (16 tbs)
All fruit strawberry jam/Raspberry jam / jelly 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
For topping
Desiccated coconut 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Oats 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Honey 2 Tablespoon
Sliced apple 7 Cup (112 tbs) , peeled
Cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
Sesame seeds/Almond meal 3/4 Cup (12 tbs)

Directions

GETTING READY

1. Start by preheating the oven to 350 degrees F

MAKING

2. Combine fruits and cinnamon, and place this pie filling in a 10-inch oven-proof skillet

3. In a food processor, and blend topping and crumble evenly over pie

4. Now place pie on a cookie sheet and bake for 45 minutes, till the fruit is bubbly and the top is lightly browned

SERVING

5. Serve with whipped cream
