Chicken And Mushroom Pie

Ingredients

Duchesse potatoes 1 Pound (500 Gram)
Butter 1 Ounce (25 Gram)
Flour 1 Ounce (25 Gram)
Chicken 1 Pound , cooked (500 Gram)
Mushrooms 4 Ounce , sliced and cooked (100 Gram)

Directions

MAKING

1) In a greased casserole, add the chicken and mushrooms.

2) For the sauce, heat butter in a pan and stir in the flour.

3) Allow to cooking for 4 minutes, then stirring, slowly pour in the milk.

4) Add the sauce over the chicken.

5) Top the mix with potato and place in oven at 400°F (200°C), Gas Mark 6, for 20-30 minutes, till browned.

SERVING

6) Garnish with freshly chopped herbs and serve.
