Hiram Walker Creme De Banana/Chocolate Cherry Cordial Pie

Cold water 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Unflavored gelatin 1 Tablespoon (1 envelope)
Sugar 2/3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
Salt 1/8 Teaspoon
Eggs 3 , separated
Creme de banana 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) (HIRAM WALKER)
Chocolate cherry 2 Ounce (HIRAM WALKER)
Whipping cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)



1. In a saucepan, take water and sprinkle gelatin.

2. Add 1/3 cup sugar, salt and egg yolks; stir to mix.

3. Place the pan over low heat and stir to dissolve gelatin; heat until the mixture thickens but do not boil.

4. Remove the pan from heat and add Creme de Banana and Chocolate Cherry.

5. Let the custard cool down completely.

6. In a large mixing bowl, using a wired whisk or electric blender, whisk the cream and fold it into the custard mixture.


7. Into a mould, pour the custard mixture and refrigerate until chill.


8. On a serving platter, un-mould the Hiram Walker Creme De Banana/Chocolate Cherry Cordial Pie and serve.
