How To Make Peanut Butter Pie

Chocolate lovers everywhere will adore you for making this easy to prepare chocolate peanut butter pie.


Graham cracker crumbs 1 1/2 Cup (24 tbs)
Butter 4 Tablespoon , melted
Heavy cream 1 1/2 Cup (24 tbs) , divided
Cream cheese 8 Ounce (at room temperature)
Creamy natural peanut butter 1 1/4 Cup (20 tbs)
Packed dark brown sugar 3/4 Cup (12 tbs)
Vanilla extract 2 Teaspoon
Semi sweet chocolate/Dark chocolate 6 Ounce , chopped
Heavy cream 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)



Preheat oven to 350°F.



In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter.

Make pie crust and pop into oven and bake for 5-10 minutes. Allow to cool completely.

In a large bowl, beat heavy cream until stiff peaks.

In an electric mixer, combine cream cheese, peanut butter, brown sugar, vanilla and beat until the mixture is smooth and creamy.

Fold in whipped cream mixture into peanut butter.

Transfer the mixture onto pie shell and pop into refrigerator.

Chill for 1 hour until pie sets.

Heat a small saucepan with ½ cup of heavy cream and when it boils add chocolate.

Stir well and spread the mixture over pie.

Chill until chocolate sets.



Serve and enjoy!
