Easiest ice cream pie recipe on the planet! Rice Krispies and peanut butter make the crust, then layer different ice cream for a pretty dessert.
Karo syrup/Honey | 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
Peanut butter | 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) (creamy or chunky) | |
Rice krispies cereal | 3 Cup (48 tbs) | |
Ice cream | 2 Pint (mix up flavors) | |
Topping | 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) (whipped cream, honey roasted nuts, fruit) | |
Oil | 1 Teaspoon (For greasing) |
MAKING:
1.Lightly grease deep dish pie pan with oil.
2.In a bowl, combine karo syrup and peanut butter. Microwave for 30-45 seconds and mix well.
3.Stir in rice krispies and mix well.
4.Transfer to prepared pan, press well and freeze for 30 minutes.
5.Spread ice cream and re-freeze for 1 hour.
6.Top with whipped cream, nuts, fruit and freeze until serving.
