Betty demonstrates how to make Frozen Grape Nuts Pie. This a delicious cooling pie for summer!
Frozen vanilla yogurt | 2 Cup (32 tbs) , slightly thawed | |
Sugar | free, fat | |
Crunchy peanut butter | 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
Cool whip | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Grape nut cereal | 3/4 Cup (12 tbs) | |
For garnish | ||
Mint sprig | 1 |
MAKING
1. In a large bowl, combine yogurt, vanilla pudding mix, peanut butter, and cereal. Mix well.
2. Gently fold in whipped topping and pour the mixture into pie plate. Cover with plastic wrap, and freeze until solid.
3. Remove the pie plate from freezer and let sit for 5 minutes before cutting into wedges.
SERVING
4. Garnish with mint sprig, serve and enjoy!
