Chili peppers | 4 Medium , finely chopped | |
Tumeric | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
Fenugreek seeds | 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
Mustard seed | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Asafoetida powder | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Sea salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Olive oil | 4 Tablespoon | |
Mango | 2 Cup (32 tbs) , chop |
MAKING
1. In a bowl, add the chopped chili peppers, tumeric, fenugreek seeds, mustard seeds, asafoetida powder, sea salt and 2 tablespoons olive oil and combine well.
2. Add the chopped raw mangoes and rest of the olive oil and mix well.
3. Set aside for 2 days.
SERVING
4. Serve as a side dish along with main course.
