Homemade Spicy Pickles

I just made this for a catering gig and people would not stop talking about it. So I thought I would show you how I made them. These are definitely some killer pickles.


Pickling spice 1 Tablespoon
Kosher salt 1 1/2 Tablespoon
Turbinado sugar 3 Tablespoon
Jalapenos 2 , sliced
Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm) , crushed
Dill 1 Teaspoon
Boiling water 1 1/2 Cup (24 tbs)
English cucumbers 5 , sliced
White wine vinegar 1 Cup (16 tbs)



In a large container, add in all the ingredients and stir.

Close with the lid and let it sit in the fridge for 20 hours.



Serve it over the burgers or sandwich.
