I just made this for a catering gig and people would not stop talking about it. So I thought I would show you how I made them. These are definitely some killer pickles.
Pickling spice | 1 Tablespoon | |
Kosher salt | 1 1/2 Tablespoon | |
Turbinado sugar | 3 Tablespoon | |
Jalapenos | 2 , sliced | |
Garlic | 2 Clove (10 gm) , crushed | |
Dill | 1 Teaspoon | |
Boiling water | 1 1/2 Cup (24 tbs) | |
English cucumbers | 5 , sliced | |
White wine vinegar | 1 Cup (16 tbs) |
MAKING
In a large container, add in all the ingredients and stir.
Close with the lid and let it sit in the fridge for 20 hours.
SERVING
Serve it over the burgers or sandwich.
