90 Second Cranberry-Orange Relish with Black Walnuts

This cranberry-orange relish recipe uses black walnuts for a distinctive flavor.


Cranberries 12 Ounce
Orange 1 , seeds removed and 3/4 inch diced
Apple 1 , cored and 3/4 inch diced
Black walnuts 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Salt 1/8 Teaspoon
Sugar 1 1/2 Cup (24 tbs)
Celery stalks 2
Jellied cranberry sauce 1 Can (10 oz)



1.  In a food processor, combine all the ingredients and process until well blended and finely diced. Do not over process.

2.  Refrigerate the relish until you are ready to serve.



3.  This relish is perfect for your holiday table.



This relish can be made a day or two before and be kept in the refrigerator in a closed jar. It will deepen the flavor if you will let it stand for a day.
