Betty's Sauteed Bell Pepper Medley

Ingredients

Green bell pepper 1 Large
Red bell pepper 1 Large
Yellow bell pepper 1 Large
Fresh thyme 1 Teaspoon , chopped
Butter 1 Tablespoon

Directions

GETTING READY

1. Wash, seed, and coarsely chop peppers.

MAKING

2. Place a large skillet on medium high heat and melt butter in it.

3. Drop chopped peppers and thyme. Stir occasionally and cook for 4- 5 minutes or until crisp-tender.

SERVING

4. Transfer sauteed bell pepper to a serving platter and serve immediately.

TIPS

If you are using dried thyme then just use 1/3 teaspoon.
