Pepper Stir Fry

For pepper stir fry
Vegetable oil 2 Teaspoon
Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm) , finely chopped
Bell peppers 3 Medium , thinly sliced
Onion 1 Small , thinly sliced
For orange soy sauce
Orange syrup 2 Tablespoon
Soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
Cider vinegar 1 Tablespoon
Cornstarch 1/2 Teaspoon
Ground ginger 1/4 Teaspoon
Red pepper sauce 3 Drop



1) Drain the orange segments and save about 2 tablespoons syrup for Orange Soy Sauce.


2) To make the orange soy sauce, mix all the ingredients together. Keep it aside. 3) Heat a wok and add some oil to it. Rotate wok to coat oil on sides.

4) Put garlic in hot oil. Add bell peppers and onion.

5) Cook the vegetable until crisp-tender.

6) Now stir in the orange segments and orange soy sauce.

7) Cook until sauce thickens.


8) Serve with noodles or rice.
