|Salad oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Onion||1 Small , minced|
|Chayote||2 Medium , peeled and cut into 1|
|Green pepper||1 Medium , cut into 1|
|Red pepper||1 Medium , cut into 1|
|Water||1/2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Instant beef bouillon||1 Teaspoon|
|Italian parsley||1 Tablespoon , minced (For Garnish)|
1. In 10-inch skillet over medium heat, in hot salad oil, cook onion until tender, stirring occasionally.
2. Add chayote and green and red peppers; cook 5 minutes. Stir in water and remaining ingredients except parsley; over high heat, heat to boiling. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 30 minutes, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are tender. Sprinkle mixture with minced Italian parsley.
