Peri Peri or Piri Piri is a killer blend of spices that result is the most delicious flavour. Red Chillies are ground and mixed together with spices, vinegar, lemon juice and fresh thyme.
Fresh red chiles | 3 (peri pero or red hot peppers) | |
Garlic powder | 1 Teaspoon | |
Onion powder | 1 Teaspoon | |
Paprika powder | 1 Teaspoon | |
Garlic | 4 Clove (20 gm) , crushed | |
Red wine vinegar | 3 Tablespoon | |
Olive oil | 3 Tablespoon | |
Lemon juice | 1 Tablespoon (from 1 lemon) | |
Crushed black pepper | 1 Teaspoon | |
Coarse salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
Chopped thyme | 2 Teaspoon |
MAKING:
Grind the peppers in a food processor.
Transfer to a bowl and add garlic powder, onion powder, paprika powder to it. Mix well.
Add crushed garlic, red wine vinegar, olive oil and mix well.
Add lemon juice, pepper, salt, thyme and mix well.
SERVING:
Marinate desired meat using the mixture, cook, serve and enjoy!
