The easy way to Stuff Peppers

Preheat the oven at 350 degrees.
In a sauté pan, melt vegan butter, vegan margarine and saute celery, carrots and some green onions for some time.
Add sage, salt and pepper, better than bouillon chicken style seasoning, minced garlic, chopped dill, cooked brown rice and par boiled rice. Stir for some time to blend with flavors.
Stuff the peppers with the rice mixture and cook it in the oven for about 35-40 minutes.
Garnish with green onions and serve.
