Chili Lime Pecans

This is a spicy, healthy snack that is easy to throw together.

Ingredients

Melted butter 2 Tablespoon
Chili powder 1 Tablespoon
Cayenne pepper 1/4 Teaspoon
Lime juice 1 Tablespoon
Garlic salt 1 Teaspoon
Pecan halves 3 Cup (48 tbs)

Directions

GETTING READY:

Preheat oven to 350F.

Grease baking tray with cooking spray.

MAKING:

In a bowl, combine butter, chilli powder, cayenne pepper, lime juice, garlic salt and mix well.

Add pecans and stir until evenly coated.

Spread coated peanuts on baking tray and pop into oven.

Bake for 12-14 minutes.

Shake the pan once or twice while baking.

Allow to cool on aluminium foil once done.

Store in an air tight container.
