Strawberry Pear Delight

Low calorie strawberry gelatin 6 Ounce (2 Packages Of 3 Ounce Each)
Boiling water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Low calorie ginger ale/Strawberry / cherry soda 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Neufchatel cheese 4 Ounce , softened
French dressing 2 Tablespoon (Lively Lemon)
Bartlett pears 2 (Fresh Ones)
Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
Strawberries 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) , halved



1 In a bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water.

2 Stir in the ginger ale.

3 Pour the mixture into an 8-inch round layer pan.

4 Place in the refrigerator and chill until firm.

5 In a bowl, add cheese with dressing, beating until smooth.

6 Cut the pears into halves and core.

7 Chop 1 of the pears.

8 Gradually fold into the cheese mixture.

9 Slice the remaining pear lengthwise.

10 Evenly coat with lemon juice.

11 In the center of a serving plate, spread half of the pear-cheese mixture in an 8-inch circle

12 Carefully unmold the gelatin "cake" on top of the cheese mixture.

13 Spread the remaining pear-cheese mixture on top.


14 Serve at once, garnished with sliced pear and strawberries.
